If you have no idea about AOSP, here’s a quick explanation. As you might already know, Android is an open-source platform, meaning anyone can access it. Google has now updated the AOSP with the latest version of Android — Android 13.

The Android source code is stored at AOSP, which individuals, companies, and developers can access and pretty much anyone. This means that companies and custom ROM developers can work their software on the latest version of Android and bring it to the public very soon. Most importantly, custom ROM developers can start working on the Android 13 version of their custom ROM.
