Disease conditions/ailments contracted within the first 30 days of the start of the policy

Lifeline – Claim Procedure
All claims for benefits, except the 4 mentioned below, are serviced through Paramount Health Services & Insurance TPA Pvt. Ltd.
All claims for 4 benefits – Second Opinion for 11 Critical Illness, Emergency Domestic Evacuation, Worldwide Emergency Hospitalisation, International Treatment for 11 Specified Critical Illness will be serviced through Europ Assistance India Pvt. Ltd.
Cashless claims:

For planned hospitalisation, intimation to TPA is needed 72 hours before hospitalisation

For emergency hospitalisation, intimation to TPA is needed within 48 hours

During intimation, the details regarding name of the insured person, diagnosis, hospital details, treating doctor details, date of hospitalisation, expected discharge are to be provided

TPA will check the coverage details, and a cashless authorisation letter will be sent to the hospital within 3 hours of receipt of the proposal. In case of deficiency also, the same will be communicated to the hospital within 3 hours of receipt of the proposal

Non-medical expenses and expenses not covered under the policy to be paid before discharge
